A Treat: Lisa Velasquez's delicious recipe for....... GRAPE SALAD 2 lbs whole grapes 1 block (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 8 oz container sour cream ½ c. white sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla Mix all but grapes together well (will be a little lumpy, that's ok). Fold in grapes until mixed and coated. Place into dish (7 x 11 works perfectly). Mix together 1 cup brown sugar and ½ c. to 1 c. chopped pecans (amount is up to you). Cover top of grape mixture evenly. Refrigerate overnight. Can also make the night before and freeze - saves trying to keep it refrigerated or cool for a long period.
